Legendary Associate Highlight: Lynn Schwertner

At Imperial PFS, one of our core values is Legendary Service. We put our Customers at the center of what we do and how we do it. And we couldn't do that without all of our legendary Associates! We will be highlighting a few of our legendary Associates every so often here in IPFS News, starting with Lynn Schwertner, who has been with us for over 40 years!

About Lynn Schwertner:

Although Lynn will be retiring in August, she will be leaving her mark throughout our organization. For over four decades, Lynn has shown a dedication to her career in the premium finance industry. Having worked for Imperial Premium Finance, Imperial A.I. Credit and Imperial PFS, Lynn has provided leadership and mentorship to hundreds of Associates throughout her career.

We asked Lynn a few questions about her career and what she's looking forward to in her retirement. This is what she had to say:

What do you consider your greatest achievement of your career?

Being able to be part of such a great industry.

What will you miss about working at IPFS?

I will miss all of the wonderful Associates throughout the company. I have been fortunate to work with so many across the country and I have enjoyed helping or collaborating with them all.

What advice would you give to young insurance professionals now?

Keep asking questions and keep learning. Everyone benefits when ideas are shared and opinions respected.

What hobbies are you looking forward to cultivating with your new free time?

Quilting, machine embroidery, exercising and traveling.

What are you most looking forward to after your retirement?

Being more available to my daughters, and spending more time with my sisters and brothers.
