As Vice President and Managing Director of the Northeast Region, Antero Cortes oversees sales and operational performance across multiple IPFS office locations, supporting growth and client success throughout the area. His leadership emphasizes a commitment to delivering exceptional service to agents, brokers, and the insured customers they serve.  

Since joining IPFS in 2007 as an Operations Coordinator, Antero has advanced through a variety of leadership roles, including Sales Associate, Account Executive, Leadership Development Associate, Office Manager, and Regional Sales Manager. His deep experience between business functions provides him with a well-rounded perspective on both client and team needs. 

Antero holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Scranton.
