IPFS President and Chief Executive Officer

As President and Chief Executive Officer of IPFS, Frank Friedman leads the company’s continued growth and innovation across North America. Since joining IPFS in 2019, he has guided strategic initiatives that strengthen the company’s position as a premier provider of premium finance and payment solutions for the insurance industry.  

Frank brings more than four decades of financial and operations leadership to IPFS. Before joining the organization, he held several senior executive roles at Deloitte, including Global Chief Operating Officer, Interim CEO, COO, and CFO. His experience driving transformation within complex, global organizations continues to inform his leadership approach, which is centered on operational excellence, collaboration, and client success.  

Frank earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Kansas.
