Heather Keeling

IPFS Vice President of Human Resources

As Vice President of Human Resources, Heather Keeling leads all aspects of HR and training at IPFS, fostering a culture of talent, development, associate engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Her leadership ensures that teams across the company are equipped to deliver exceptional premium finance and payment solutions.  

Heather joined IPFS in 2010 following the acquisition of American International Group’s premium finance division and has held positions including Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and Senior HR Manager. She also brings experiences from UBS Financial Services and Merrill Lynch, providing a broad perspective on human capital and organizational strategy.  

Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communications from Elon University.
