Herb brings over two decades of experience to his current role, overseeing Credit, Insurance Company Management, Data Analytics, and Project Management at IPFS. Since joining the company in 2001, he has held several key leadership positions, including Branch Manager in Buffalo, Senior Manager of California Sales and Operations, Senior Vice President of Operations and Credit, and Senior Vice President of National Sales. Before IPFS, Herb held management roles at Transamerica Insurance Finance Corp. and HSBC. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University.
