IPFS Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President

As Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President, Jason Sanders leads IPFS’s U.S. operations, sales, and marketing initiatives, driving organizational performance and strategic growth across the company’s national office locations. His leadership ensures operational excellence, team alignment, and the continued delivery of premium finance and payment solutions that simplify insurance transactions for agents, brokers, and policyholders.  

Jason joined IPFS in 2011, through the Leadership Development Program, and has since held a variety of progressive roles, including Office Location Manager in both the Chicago, Illinois, and Kansas City, Missouri office locations as well as Senior Vice President and National Operations Manager. In 2021, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer, reflecting his demonstrated ability to lead complex operations and inspire teams at every level.  

Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Corporate Communications from the University of Kansas.
