Josh Ellwanger

General Counsel

Josh oversees IPFS’s legal affairs, litigation recovery, and human resources. Josh joined IPFS in 2016. Prior to joining IPFS, he spent 8 years in private practice focusing on litigation and five years at H&R Block, most recently as Assistant General Counsel. Josh received his BA from the University of Northern Iowa and received his law degree from the University of Kansas School of Law.
