As Senior Advisor and Executive Vice President at IPFS, Paul Zarookian provides strategic guidance and leadership for the company’s Canadian operations while maintaining key client relationships across North America.

With more than three decades of experience in the insurance premium finance industry, Paul has played an integral role in advancing operational excellence, sales growth, and client engagement for IPFS. His leadership continues to shape how the company delivers premium finance and payment solutions that simplify insurance transactions for agents, brokers, and policyholders.

Before joining IPFS, Paul served as President of AIG Credit Corporation (AIGCC) until 2010, following several leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer and National Sales Manager. He began his career with AIGCC in 1985, developing a deep understanding of finance, customer service, and the evolving needs of the insurance industry.

Paul holds an MBA from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware.
