Ryan Bass

IPFS Managing Director (West) and Vice President

As Vice President and Managing Director of the West Region, Ryan Bass oversees sales and operational performance across IPFS office locations throughout the western United States. He focuses on driving regional growth, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring teams deliver industry-leading premium finance and payment solutions.  

Ryan joined IPFS in 2008 through the Leadership Development Program and has progressed through a series of leadership roles including Account Executive, Sales Executive Office Location Manager, and Regional Sales Manager. His extensive experience across sales and operations equips him with a strategic perspective on both client needs and team development.  

Ryan holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Business Administration from the College of Charleston.
